Found no completed randomized controlled trials of low-dose naltrexone (LDN) for Long COVID, but identified four small observational studies (155 patients total) reporting moderate-to-large improvements in fatigue, pain, brain fog, sleep, and daily functioning. Authors caution that without placebo-controlled trials, LDN's role in these improvements can't yet be confirmed.
